Product information
Training with our ELANEE pelvic floor training aid phase II helps to maintain an already strengthened pelvic floor and prevent the muscles from slackening again.
The vaginal cone consists of two hollow bodies that are connected by a wide bridge.
Both hollow bodies contain a free-swinging ball that generates vibrations when moved.
The vaginal cone has 14 stimulation islands on its surface, which provide additional stimulation of the muscles.
The product can be easily and hygienically removed from the vagina using the retrieval cord.
The vaginal cone is made in Germany.

Further information & tips
What size is the vaginal cone?
The length of the vaginal cone is 98 mm. The diameter of the upper half is 30 mm, the lower half has a diameter of 35 mm. The smaller diameter of the upper half makes it easier to insert the cone vaginally.
The two white contact surfaces on the side of the cord and the stimulation islands make the pelvic floor trainer look slightly larger.
What is the weight of the pelvic floor exerciser?
The weight of the vaginal cone is 44 g. This corresponds to the weight of conventional “love balls”.
When should you use the pelvic floor training aids phase I active and when should you use the pelvic floor training aid phase II?
The pelvic floor training aids phase I actively promote the perception and conscious muscle control of the pelvic floor in a natural way and strengthen the weakened pelvic floor muscles.
As soon as the pelvic floor muscles can be perceived well and you are satisfied with the condition of the pelvic floor muscles, permanent follow-up training with the pelvic floor training aid phase II is recommended in order to maintain muscle strength and prevent the muscles from slackening again.
What is the difference between the pelvic floor training aid phase I active and the pelvic floor training aid phase II?
The two training aids differ in their application and mode of operation.
The effect of Phase I active is based on the biofeedback principle.
This means that the vaginally inserted cones of Phase I active are designed to prevent sliding out by actively tensing the pelvic floor muscles.
The phase II vaginal cone, on the other hand, does not slide out but remains inserted throughout the entire application and passively stimulates the pelvic floor through silent vibrations.
The two white contact surfaces on the cord side of the cone and the stimulation islands help to transmit the vibrations particularly well.
Functionality
Our pelvic floor training aid Phase II has two internal balls that swing against the outer wall with every movement and generate a slight vibration.
These vibrations are transmitted directly to the pelvic floor muscles.
This stimulates and activates the muscles.
The wide bar between the two halves reinforces the two balls swinging against each other, intensifying the training effect.
The large contact surfaces of the lower part ensure that the vibrations are transmitted directly to the pelvic floor muscles.
The 14 stimulation islands provide additional stimulation of the muscles.
The training is carried out simply by wearing the training aid and can therefore be incorporated into normal everyday routines.
The pelvic floor muscles are stimulated with every movement.
Material & cleaning
The cone is made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (coated with thermoplastic elastomer), a polyamide yarn coated with polyurethane and two rubberized steel balls inside.
All materials are approved for medical use.
Clean the training aid after each use with warm water and soap or disinfect the product with a commercially available skin disinfectant.
Before using the training aid again, any soap or disinfectant residue should be rinsed off thoroughly with water.
The ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aid Phase II can be disposed of with household waste.
