1. Discount campaigns

GRÜNSPECHT Naturprodukte GmbH, Münchener Str. 21, 85123 Karlskron, hereinafter referred to as ELANEE, is organizing discount campaigns on its websites www.gruenspecht.de and www.elanee.de. By participating in the discount campaign, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions.

The discount code can be used during the specified period and for the specified items.

The discount code can be redeemed while stocks last. After the promotion has expired, there is no right to redeem the discount code.

ELANEE reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the discount campaign at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. However, ELANEE will only exercise this option if proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g., computer system viruses, tampering with, or errors in hardware and/or software), or legal reasons. ELANEE is not liable for losses, failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

By participating you have the chance to win the prizes mentioned, which are on the

on the website (www.gruenspecht.de or www.elanee.de)

or through various opinion polls (conducted by GRÜNSPECHT Naturprodukte GmbH) of the GRÜNSPECHT and ELANEE brands.



How can you win?
Participation in the current competition takes place at

or via forms for the purpose of opinion polls.

The prize(s) will be raffled among all participants. Participation is based on meeting the conditions stated in the Instagram post, on the website, or in the opinion poll. Mailed entries will not be considered for the raffle.

Who can participate?
Participation is free and open to all individuals. Persons 18 years of age and older with an address in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Participation requires truthful and accurate information. Sweepstakes associations and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible. Please only enter once. Multiple entries do not increase your chances of winning, as they will be filtered and excluded from the drawing.



Who is excluded from participation?
ELANEE reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation for legitimate reasons, such as violations of these terms and conditions, duplicate or multiple entries, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. ELANEE employees and their families are not permitted to participate in this competition. Legal recourse is excluded.



How are the winners determined?
ELANEE will select the winners from among all participants in an independent lottery.



How do I find out if I have won?
Winners will be notified by personal contact from ELANEE. The winner will then send ELANEE their address via a private message using the corresponding function on ELANEE's Instagram page or by email to communication@gruenspecht.de. In some cases, contact details can also be submitted via a form on the website.



How do I receive my winnings?
Upon notification of their prize, the winner will be asked to provide ELANEE with the contact details required for sending or handing over the prize. The participant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the contact details provided.



What happens if I don't respond after being notified of my win?
If a winner does not contact GRÜNSPECHT within 7 days (in exceptional cases, this period may be shorter) of being notified of their win, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn at random from among the eligible participants. The same applies if a winner provides ELANEE with incorrect contact information, making it impossible to send or deliver the prize.



Reservation clause
ELANEE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. However, ELANEE will only exercise this option if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, tampering with, or errors in the hardware and/or software), or legal reasons. ELANEE is not liable for losses, failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced with prizes of equivalent value.



Privacy Policy
Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority. Participants' data will be stored solely for the purpose of the competition and used to contact the winners. The data will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted no later than six months after the competition.



Miscellaneous
Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Claims to prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision. ELANEE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

This competition is run by GRÜNSPECHT Naturprodukte GmbH, Münchener Str. 21, 85123 Karlskron (organizer). It has no connection with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram in any way. Information is transmitted to ELANEE, not to Instagram.
