With our ELANEE seat cushion, you can train your pelvic floor muscles and promote healthy posture through active sitting. It is suitable for passive and active training of the pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles. This stabilizes the spine and pelvic floor while simultaneously training coordination and balance.
The air-filled cushion has a smooth and a dimpled surface and a diameter of 33 cm. The cushion can be used on any unpadded seating furniture. The hand pump allows you to individually adjust the amount of air. An exercise booklet with training instructions is included with the product.
