Questions & Tips

Here you will find all the information and answers to your questions about our products.
How often should nursing pads be changed? Plus
As often as necessary to feel comfortable. There's no right or wrong way, or a set rhythm, as every breastfeeding mother has a different milk flow. It's also possible that the nursing pad on one breast will absorb more quickly than the other. With our individually wrapped nursing pads, changing one side of the breast is no problem, even when you're on the go.
Are the nursing pads reusable? Plus
No, the nursing pads must be disposed of after use. Our silk-wool nursing pads are a reusable alternative for light to normal milk flow.
How much breast milk do the nursing pads absorb? Plus
The ultra-absorbent core securely locks up to 100 ml of liquid inside, with moisture-absorbing beads absorbing it and converting it into gel.
How do you use the nursing pads? Plus
Our nursing pads are hygienically individually wrapped. Remove them from the film and place them inside your bra as needed. They can be secured in place using the two adhesive strips on the outside. Once they're fully absorbed, or whenever you want, they can be discarded and replaced with new nursing pads.
Can nursing pads be worn at night? Plus
Yes, the nursing pads can be worn inside your bra at night. Thanks to the fastening strips, they can be attached to the bra and provide secure protection against milk leakage while you sleep.
