What does the brand name ELANEE mean?
The word ELANEE contains the word “élan” and wonderfully expresses the “élan” that pregnancy and the birth of a child bring to a woman’s life.
Since the brand was founded, our range has expanded and ELANEE offers much more than just pregnancy and breastfeeding products.
But the brand name still fits: going through life with vigor and enjoying being a woman – we want to support women in this with our products.
The ELANEE brand was “born” in 2004 and is part of GRÜNSPECHT Naturprodukte GmbH.
Managing Director and brand founder Dr. Armin Herker decided almost 20 years ago to create a separate product range for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
As a company, we have always been in close personal contact with midwives, as we were already selling nursing pads under the GRÜNSPECHT brand.
Pelvic floor training was an important topic, as it still is today.
There were only a few suppliers in this area whose products were available on a limited basis.
This has encouraged us to develop ELANEE to support women with affordable, well-designed and safe products.
the journey began with our pelvic floor training aids and nursing pads.
Today, the brand offers an extensive range of over 25 products for women in the areas of pregnancy, breastfeeding, pelvic floor training, intimate health and menstrual hygiene.
The first ELANEE products, which have since become an integral part of our range, were the washable silk-wool nursing pads and our nipple ointment, in addition to our Phase I pelvic floor training aids.
Being dynamic and innovative, developing further and reacting to the needs of our customers – we not only work on new products, but also get rid of some of them over the years, such as our breast massage oil, the pregnancy care oil or our washable laundry protection nursing pads.
we had our quality management system for the development and manufacture of medical devices certified in accordance with EN ISO 13485.
An important basis for the subsequent product developments of the ELANEE brand.
As a manufacturer of medical products, we are constantly monitored – from development to the end product.
And we think that’s a good thing!
Our consistent quality management is very important to us.
And yet there is always room for improvement.
We are constantly working on it.
Because high quality at fair prices is our claim.
we have developed a new concept for intimate health and introduced some new medical products such as our lactic acid cure and our urine control test as well as our intimate care cream as a cosmetic.

we have made another important addition to our range in line with our mission “to support women in all phases of life”: menstrual hygiene products.
we inaugurated our warehouse.
Our products are stored in modern high-bay warehouses on over 1,500 square meters and prepared for dispatch.

While our product managers are constantly working on expanding the ELANEE range and optimizing existing products, the efforts of our sales team are paying off: a large number of our products are now available in drugstores.
