The ELANEE Pilates ring is a simple and effective training device for active full body training to strengthen pelvic floor, stomach and back muscles. The training device is for people of any age and can be used by anyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The ELANEE Pilates ring is especially suited to women with weakened pelvic floor, stomach and back muscles. The Pilates ring is designed for use at home. The ring should only be used for therapeutic purposes after consultation, and with specialist support (e.g. with a physiotherapist). The training device is designed exclusively for use in dry indoor areas. The ELANEE Pilates ring is not suitable for any purposes other than the listed intended ones.

AREAS OF APPLICATION
The Pilates ring is suitable for targeted strength and muscle-building training in the pelvic floor, stomach and back muscles as well as the chest, shoulder, arm and leg muscles. This helps to stabilise the spine and pelvic floor, while training co-ordination and balance.
The ELANEE Pilates ring is placed between the arms or legs, depending on the desired muscle group. The ring has limited elastic properties, and provides a marked resistance to pressure from the arms or legs. The two holders on the ring help with getting the ring into the correct position between the arms or legs. The curved grips provide a better hold and good padding. The muscles are worked and strengthened by holding and continually pressing on the ring, or alternatively pressing and releasing the ring. Weakened muscle groups such as the pelvic floor, stomach and back muscles can be built up and stabilised, depending on the training position, the intensity of the pressure and the number of repetitions.
