• The reusable menstrual cup offers up to 8 hours of protection. It features a discreet pull tab for hygienic removal. Our "starter set" contains both sizes of our menstrual cup—perfect for fluctuating periods or if you're unsure which size fits best.
• The stringless, soft tampons offer up to 8 hours of protection. They are especially comfortable for sports or swimming and can also be worn during sex.
