We offer the payment methods Paypal, Paypal Pay later, direct debit, Giropay, instant bank transfer and debit or credit card.

All our payment options are processed by Paypal.
Possible refunds are also processed via the payment service provider Paypal.

Shipping costs

We currently only ship within Germany.

The shipping costs per order amount to €5.95 (incl. VAT)

From an order value of €40.00, the shipping costs are waived.

Return shipment

The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment.
Please register your return in our returns portal.
Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.

If your goods have arrived damaged or faulty, please also report this in our returns portal, stating your order number, the delivery note number and, if possible, a picture of the damage.
Our customer service will check the process and get back to you.

Shipping service provider

Your order will be shipped with the shipping service provider DHL within Germany.

Delivery time

The standard delivery time is between three and five working days.
In individual cases, the delivery time may be longer.
You can check the shipping status of your shipment using the tracking number at https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html.
You will receive an automatically generated tracking number with every order.
