The ELANEE Menstrual Heat Patch provides soothing warmth during your period for up to 12 hours. The patch's filling is free of active ingredients and heats itself up within minutes upon contact with oxygen after opening the foil pouch. Thanks to the safe adhesive and the pleasant warmth it generates, it can be applied directly to the skin or, alternatively, to the inside of your panties. One pack contains two individually wrapped heat patches.

How do you use menstrual heat patches?

Open the foil pouch, peel off the protective film from the adhesive side, and apply the heat patch to the desired area of the body. The heat patch will heat itself up within a few minutes.

How do you activate the heat patch?

The heat patch is activated by contact with oxygen. After opening the foil package, the patch heats itself up within a few minutes.

How long do the heat patches last?

Our menstrual heat patches have a shelf life of four years from the date of production. The best-before date can be found on the packaging. Note: The heat patches can still be used after the best-before date. However, the heat effect may diminish.

How warm do heat patches get?

The average temperature is approximately 45°C and is reached after approximately 30 minutes. Note: The temperature the heat patch reaches can be influenced by factors such as the ambient temperature.

Can the heat patch also be used on the neck or back?

Yes, the heat patch can be used on any area of the body and applied directly to the skin.

Are heat patches reusable?

No, our menstrual heat patch is a disposable product that keeps you warm for up to 12 hours. Once it has completely cooled down, it must be discarded.
